Since October 11th? That’s a long time. Let me try to abridge what’s happened over the past two months in a concise, honest blog entry.
Long story short, Jackie and I had a rough go of things since middle September. It was pretty tumultuous, but I’m glad it happened and we’re now back together and closer than ever before. I don’t want to talk about it more than I just have, so if you didn’t get the specifics from me during it all, then please don’t inquire. Kthx.
11 months: A ring that was 5 months late.
Halloween was pretty exciting. Denise turned 21 and we went to Cheeseburger in Paradise up in the Oxford Valley Mall. It was a pretty chill time with some good friends. I went out as Superman, which seemed to be a hit among all, and Jackie went out as a Pirate Wench and she was looking especially hot.
12 months: A rose and a dinner. Winds of change and fortune started blowing.
Thanksgiving gave me a lot to be thankful for. In particular the love of my family, friends, and my lady. It was satisfying both physically and spiritually.
December 7th: She makes me the happiest guy in the world… again. I take mom, Denise, and Jackie to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Boardwalk Hall down AC and we all enjoy the hell out of it.
13 months: Just a day, just an ordinary day.
And that about brings us to current in a very skeletal kind of way.
So little to say and so much time… Here goes something….
My name is Andrew to everyone who knows me and nothing to the people who don’t. I rarely feel inclined to write about myself and this small text blurb is no exception. I’m a film maker, of sorts. A designer, of sorts. A musician, of sorts. A photographer, of sorts. An armada of etceteras march behind these four generals.
The point I’m trying to make is that I enjoy art in all of it’s forms, and try my best to creatively express myself in every medium I take a liking towards. As always, things like life get in the way of being a non-stop idea factory, but that life is something that I’m thoroughly enjoying at the moment.
It consists of my beautiful girlfriend who I am very much in love with, a job that pays me well to do work that I would otherwise be doing for free, and a family and friends that I wouldn’t trade the world for. It’s safe to assume that I’m walking on air/over water/atop mountain peaks (pick one… hell, pick all three).
